Tents & sizes
+How big a tent do I need?
It depends on the table layout. With our long tables at 180 × 76 cm, six people sit per table. With room for a buffet and dancing, a 6×12 m tent seats about 48 for dinner and a 6×15 m about 60. The tent configurator draws the layout and counts the place settings for you.
+Can the tent stand on paving, asphalt or a terrace?
Yes. We anchor with concrete feet without drilling, so the tent can stand on almost any surface. On grass we use stakes.
+What if my garden is uneven or sloped?
The tents can be raised on grass, paving and asphalt, and our installers even out minor level differences during setup. If the ground is very uneven, we're happy to take a look beforehand at no charge.
+Do the tents withstand wind and rain?
The tents are made of heavy-duty PVC (500–650 g/m²) and are always properly anchored by our installers. They stand safely in normal Danish windy weather; in the event of an actual storm warning, we'll contact you with a plan.
Requests & quotes
+How do I order?
Build your tent in the configurator or write to us via the contact form. We'll then send a no-obligation quote including delivery and setup — usually the same weekday. Direct online booking and a webshop will open in a later phase.
+Is a request binding?
No. You simply send us your desired setup, and we respond with a no-obligation quote. There's only an agreement once you accept the quote.
+By when should I send a request at the latest?
As early as possible during high season (May–September), when the large tents are booked months in advance. Smaller equipment can often be arranged at short notice.
+Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Everything is non-binding until an agreement is made. After acceptance you can adjust quantities up to 7 days before, and cancellation is free up to 14 days before — see the terms and conditions.
Delivery & setup
+What does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated by distance from our warehouse in Tune (between Roskilde and Køge) and is stated clearly in the quote. In Greve Municipality, delivery is free on orders over DKK 2,500.
+Do you set up the tent?
Yes, always — tent setup and takedown is done by our own installers and is included in the tent price. You set up tables and chairs yourself, unless otherwise agreed.
+Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Yes, everything except tents can be picked up free of charge at the warehouse in Tune by arrangement — it saves you the delivery cost.
+When do you deliver and collect?
Weekend rental: delivery Thursday/Friday and collection Monday/Tuesday. Exact time windows are arranged the week before via SMS.
Payment & practicalities
+How do I pay?
You'll receive an invoice on order confirmation with a payment deadline 14 days before the rental starts. Businesses and public customers can pay via EAN/company-registration invoice.
+Do I need to wash tableware and tablecloths?
No. Tableware just needs to be rinsed off, and tablecloths are returned as they are — dishwashing and laundry are included in the price.
+What if something breaks?
Normal wear and tear is our problem, not yours. Genuinely broken or lost items are charged at cost price per the price list in the terms and conditions.
+Are prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices on the site include 25% VAT. Business customers see the VAT amount specified on the invoice.
