Tent for the graduation party
After the truck comes the party — and it's best celebrated in a tent in the garden, with high ceilings and neighbors far enough away.
The graduation season in late June is peak season, and the graduation party has its own demands: sturdy equipment, plenty of room to dance and a bar that can keep up. Our folding tables, benches and draught beer rig are built for the job.
The family lunch during the day and the friends' party in the evening can easily share the same tent — we help with a layout that's easy to rearrange between the two.
The graduation party checklist
This is what's usually booked for graduation parties:
- Party tent 6×9 m — room for lunch for 40 and a party for 70
- Long tables and folding chairs (easy to move when it's time to dance)
- Draught beer rig with 2 taps — the queue needs to stay short
- Fridges and draught beer rig for the bar
- Cooler boxes with ice for soft drinks and white wine
Short notice? Call us
You know the graduation date well in advance — but the party itself is often planned late. We always hold a little stock back during graduation weeks, so call 71 99 90 55 if your date looks booked online.
Frequently asked questions
+Can we make it happen by Saturday?
Often, yes. Online booking shows live stock, and otherwise just call — we frequently have room for fast delivery across Zealand, even in peak season.
+Can the equipment handle a graduation party?
Yes. Folding tables, benches and our glasses are chosen for exactly this kind of party. If something breaks, it's settled at cost price afterwards — the prices are in the rental terms.
+What about power?
Draught beer rigs and fridges run fine on a standard 230V circuit. If the party is far from the house, you'll need to arrange extension cords or a generator yourselves.
+Can the parents book and the graduate decide?
Of course — put the party in the cart, share the order confirmation link, and adjust freely up to 7 days before.
