A garden wedding is something special: the party takes place at your own home, in familiar surroundings, and the tent becomes the evening's banquet hall. We've delivered tents for hundreds of weddings across Zealand and know exactly what's needed — from the right tent size for your guest count and dance floor, to the small details like chair covers and table settings that tie it all together.

At our long tables (180 × 76 cm), six guests sit at each table. For 60 seated guests with room for a buffet and dancing, a 6×15 m tent is a good fit — the tent configurator draws the layout and counts the covers for you.
What do you need for a tent wedding?
The complete package for a garden wedding typically consists of:
- Party tent with closed sides or panoramic windows — weatherproof and atmospheric
- Sides with panoramic windows so the garden becomes part of the party — or fully closed if the weather turns
- Chiavari chairs or folding chairs with white covers
- Round tables for the classic setting — or long tables for the Nordic style
- Complete tableware, glasses and cutlery — we handle the washing-up afterwards
- Space set aside in the tent for dancing once dinner is cleared from the tables
How it works
We typically deliver the tent on Thursday or Friday, so there's plenty of time for decorating. Our crew erects and anchors the tent — you only handle the personal touches. After the weekend, we collect everything again. Tableware just needs to be rinsed off — washing is included in the price.

Wedding season (May–September) is busy, and the large tents are often booked 6–12 months ahead. Send an enquiry and we'll quickly confirm whether your date is available — no obligation.

+How big a tent do we need for 60 guests?
With long tables (180 × 76 cm) and room for a buffet and dancing, a 6×15 m tent fits 60 seated guests. If the whole tent is filled with tables, a 6×12 m will do. The tent configurator draws the layout so you can see it.
+Can the tent stand on paving or a sloping lawn?
Yes. Our tents can be anchored on grass, paving and asphalt. If the terrain is very uneven, we're happy to come by and take a look before you book.
+What if it rains or is windy?
The tents are made of heavy-duty PVC and are always securely anchored by our crew — they stand firm in Danish summer weather. If a real storm is forecast, we'll contact you with a plan.
+When do you deliver and collect?
We typically deliver Thursday/Friday and collect Monday/Tuesday — so you have time to decorate and the party can wind down. Exact times are agreed the week before.
