The confirmation brings the whole family together — hold the party at home in the garden with tent, tables, chairs and all the practical details taken care of.
The confirmation party at home is a classic, and with a tent in the garden you get the venue without hiring a community hall — and without having to transport food, gifts and guests back and forth. Our 6×9 m party tent is the most booked confirmation size: room for 40 guests with plenty of space around the tables.
Confirmations are packed into April and May, and our stock books up fast on the big weekends. Send an enquiry and we'll quickly confirm whether your date is available.
The classic confirmation setup
Most confirmations follow roughly the same recipe:
- Party tent 6×9 m with white sides (40 guests) or 4×6 m (20 guests)
- Long tables in a horseshoe or rows + folding chairs with white covers
- White damask tablecloths and cloth napkins
- Complete dinner tableware + coffee cups for the marzipan cake and layer cake
- Coffee machine that brews 100 cups at a time
- Coffee machine and thermal jugs for the marzipan cake
Budget-friendly prices
Our confirmation package starts at 5,400 kr. for tent, tables, chairs, covers, tablecloths and complete tableware for 40 guests. Everything is delivered together, and you just rinse off the tableware — washing-up and laundering of tablecloths is included.

+When should we order a tent for the confirmation?
Ideally 3–6 months ahead. Confirmations are concentrated on a few weekends in April–May, so the popular tent sizes go first. Send an enquiry and you'll get a quick answer on your date.
+How many guests fit in a 6×9 m tent?
About 40 seated guests at long tables with room for a buffet. If you need more, a 6×12 m (60 guests) is the next step up.
+Can we pick up the smaller equipment ourselves?
Yes — tables, chairs, tableware and tablecloths can be picked up at our warehouse, saving you the delivery fee. We always deliver and set up the tents ourselves.
+What about heating the tent in April?
A thermostat-controlled tent heater keeps the tent cosy, even on a cool spring day. It can be added for 750 kr. per weekend including gas.
