Your stand is your face to the outside world. We deliver tents, tables and equipment — set up on the fair's schedule, not ours.
Outdoor trade fairs and agricultural shows have strict demands: setup within fixed time windows, fire certificates on the fabric, and a stand that looks professional all three days — even after a night of rain. Our 3×3 m sales tents and larger party tents are built for exactly that.
We know the regular venues across Zealand — from Roskilde agricultural show to local trade fairs — and deliver, set up and take down according to the organiser's schedule.
The stand that works
A good outdoor stand typically consists of:
- 3×3 m sales tent as an eye-catcher — or a larger tent for the whole stand
- Tables for products and materials, with a tablecloth in your company colour
- Gas heater cannon, so the stand is warm in early spring
- High tables for customer conversations

Running a series of fairs through the season? We'll make a fixed arrangement: same equipment, same setup, fixed price per fair. With a business account, reordering is two clicks.

Frequently asked questions
+Do the tents have a fire certificate?
Yes, all our tents are made of flame-retardant PVC with a certificate, which we send to the fair organiser on request.
+Can you set up Sunday evening or early Monday?
Yes, we work to the fair's move-in and move-out times — even when they're at odd hours.
+Can the tent stand for the whole season?
Long-term rental is often cheaper than three separate bookings. Call us for a season price.
+What power does the equipment need?
Fridges, coffee machines and warming plates run on standard 230V. If the site has no power, you'll need to arrange a generator yourself — we don't rent those out.
