Corporate events need more than a tent: tables and chairs for everyone, draught beer with capacity for a real queue, enough cooling for the drinks — and a supplier who answers when the plan changes. That's exactly the kind of job we're built for.
We've delivered events from 50 to over 1,000 guests across Zealand: summer parties, anniversaries, kick-offs and customer events. You get a dedicated contact person, a complete plan for setup and takedown — and EAN invoicing if you're a public organization.
For companies, we offer a business account with customer login: view your orders, repeat last year's order in two clicks, and keep all invoices in one place.
What we deliver for corporate events
Everything from one supplier:
- Event tents up to 150 m² per tent — and multiple tents joined together
- Long tables and chairs for the whole party — we draw the layout
- Draught beer rig with two taps, CO2, cups and fridges
- High tables for the reception before dinner
- Tent heaters, so the evening can continue outside the season
- Setup and takedown outside working hours, if the venue requires it
The process
Send an enquiry with date, guest count and address — you'll get a complete quote the same business day. For larger events, we visit the site beforehand so the layout plan, power and access routes are settled well in advance. On the day, a dedicated crew arrives, and after the party we remove every trace.

+Can you invoice with EAN?
Yes, we send electronic invoices to both EAN and VAT-registered customers with a 14-day payment term.
+How large events can you handle?
Up to about 1,000 guests with joined tents. Even larger events we solve together with fixed partners — still with us as your single point of contact.
+Can you set up on weekdays and outside opening hours?
Yes. For corporate events, we plan the setup around your operations — including evenings and early mornings.
+Do you help with regulatory requirements?
Events with over 150 people in a tent often require a site layout plan and notification to the fire authorities. We provide tent certificates and help with the drawings.
