The town festival is the club's most important weekend of the year — we deliver the whole venue, from the big tent to the last vendor stall.
A town festival is logistics: one large tent for dining and music, vendor stalls for the raffle and hot dogs, tables and chairs for everyone — and it all has to be ready Thursday and gone by Monday. We've delivered to town festivals and sports festivals across Zealand and know the routine.
Clubs get special terms with us: a dedicated contact person, a club discount for recurring annual events, and help with the site layout plan when the fire authority needs to approve the tent.
The town festival venue from one supplier
The classic town festival setup:
- Party tent 9×15 m (or larger, joined together) with long tables and chairs
- Vendor stalls in 3×3 m for the raffle, food and beer
- 2× draught beer rig with two taps, CO2 and cups
- Fridges for beer, water and wine
- Tent heaters if the weekend falls outside peak summer
Authorities and safety
Tents for over 150 people require notification to the municipality's fire authority with a site layout plan. We provide tent certificates and standard drawings, which most fire authorities approve directly — that has saved many festival committees many hours.

Yes, recurring club events get a fixed discount and fixed price year after year. Call and ask.
+Who handles the setup?
Our crew erects and anchors all tents. Tables, chairs and stalls can be set up by the club's own volunteers — that saves you money, and we'll show you how.
+What about insurance?
The equipment is covered during transport and setup. During the rental period it's your responsibility as organizer — most clubs have an event insurance that covers this.
+Can you deliver Wednesday and collect Tuesday?
Yes, town festivals get an extended rental period at no extra cost, as far as stock allows.
