Receptions thrive on flow: guests coming and going, short speeches, high tables instead of fixed seating. A 6×6 or 6×9 tent with window sides is the right setting — bright, open, and blending indoors and outdoors.
We deliver everything for the reception: high tables with white stretch covers, champagne glasses, small plates for snacks and a red carpet at the entrance. Setup in the morning, take-down the same evening — if it needs to move fast.
The reception package
The typical reception for 50-100 guests:
- 1-2 tents in 6×6 or 6×9 m — with window sides for the light
- 8-12 high tables with white covers
- Champagne and wine glasses + small plates for snacks
- Red carpet at the entrance
- Fridge for champagne and white wine
Same-day setup and take-down
Receptions typically last 3-4 hours. We can set up in the morning and take down the same evening, so your parking lot or forecourt is free again the next day.

+Can you set up in a single morning?
Yes — a 6×6 tent with high tables and glasses is ready in 2-3 hours. Book setup from 7am, and everything is ready for an 11am reception.
+What if the reception is indoors?
Then we deliver the loose items: high tables, glasses, tableware and a red carpet. No need for a tent if the canteen can hold it.
+Can the glasses be delivered chilled?
We deliver glasses in crates ready for the table. A fridge for the drinks can be added.
+Do you invoice companies?
Yes, invoice with a 14-day term for VAT- and EAN-registered customers. Set up a business account, and reordering for next year's reception is two clicks.
